Atari ST Gotek Drive, OLED Display and FlashFloppy

Atari ST Gotek drive is a great replacement for your failing Atari ST floppy drive or you wish to simply replace it with a Gotek drive. These are plug and play in that you simply remove your existing Atari ST floppy drive and replace it with this unit.

You will need a USB memory stick (NOT included) with your loaded .ST files.

Floppy Ribbon and Power Extender available as an option (10cm), If your existing ribbon is less than 7cm you may need the extender.

ACE2b Amiga Chipram Extender 2MBytes. It is installed in the socket of the Fat Agnus chip of your OCS/ECS Amiga. It is compatible with these Amiga models:

The unit requires no soldering, but does require the removal of the existing AGNUS chip from the motherboard. The ACE2b then simply slots in to the existing AGNUS socket and the GARY adapter is socketed between the GARY socket and the GARY chip. The ACE2b is jumpeless and does not rely on existing memory to be present so no ram is required in the trapdoor of the A500 as the ACE2b has the full 2Mb Chipram is located on the PCB itself, the chip ram on the main board of your Amiga will not be used any more. ACE2b uses an ECS Agnus 8375 (included) that is switchable between PAL and NTSC video mode by software. It is compatible with Genlock interfaces. ACE2b starts up in NTSC mode. If you own an ACA500 or ACA500plus, you can fix the video mode to your preferred setting.   What's included:

Gotek Drive 0.96" Display pre-flashed with FlashFloppy for and not limited to Acorn, Amstrad, Amiga, Apple, Atari, Spectrum, DOS / IBM XT PC, MSX. This is the latest Gotek floppy emulator for retro computers with 3.5" floppy disk drive bay, or for use externally or in a caddy. This will also work Amstrad / Spectrum or computers with 3" disk drives or old PCs with 5.25" drives and such. Atari 520 STF / 1040 STF Recapping Service inc PSU
Atari 520 STF / 1040 STF recapping service including recapping of STF PSU, all board revisions. This service includes both recapping of the Atari STF motherboard and PSU.
  • Check of the STF motherboard and PSU before recapping is begun.
  • Removal of existing capacitors.
  • Clean-up and preparation of area.
  • Replace using Panasonic/Wurth/KEMET capacitors.
  • Retest (Video, Audio, Floppy Boot) using diagnostic cartridge.
We also provide a recapping service for the  Atari 520 STe / 1040 STE / 4160 STE   What do you need to send? All we need is the mainboard and PSU, so please only send the board and PSU in its metal shielding. If however you choose to send the whole unit, there is an option to do that also via the choices below.

Atari Lynx recapping service for either the Atari Lynx MK 1 or Atari Lynx MK 2 (AKA Atari Lynx 2). Recapping service includes replacing all electrolytic capacitors of which there are approx 20 depending on the version. Note this is not a repair service.
