A contract for the sale of product(s) you order from us is only created once we have e-mailed you confirmation that your order has been confirmed and despatched..

All items are for use on PAL format, unless specified in the item’s description.

We will not be legally bound by any factual or typographical errors on the website or other promotional materials.
All orders are subject to item availability.
The price you will pay for the goods is the price in the e-mail confirmation, which will include postage costs.

All values on this website are sold in British Pounds (£) and no other currency will be accepted other than this (unless agreed by us prior to checkout in exceptional circumstances).

All items listed are of a used condition and have been pre-owned unless stated in the item's description.

All items are sold as tested and working, but should you have any problems upon receipt, we can offer a refund/replacement or credit note (subject to our approval).

All items that are found to be faulty/damaged must be sent back to us within 16 days of dispatch. All items after this period will be treated at our discretion.

To allow us to help you have a good, safe and efficient experience when dealing with us, we require membership details prior to any sale being completed. Once you have entered any information into our database, all data will be stored for any subsequent use on our site. Should any personal details change, you must advise us immediately, as any information that affects delivery, payment or other factors that stop us from completing our service to you, will be at your loss. We also have the right to cancel any memberships at any time should we see fit to do so, without notification to the member.

All items sent will be dispatched by Royal Mails 1st Class postage (with proof of postage obtained by us on all items). Should you wish for the item to be dispatched by any other method, we will be happy to do this, but must have confirmation from the member/customer in writing. Once we receive any request for alternative postage, we will re-confirm to you the final fee applicable for the service and will require confirmation to do this. Once this is done, checkout may proceed as normal and we will dispatch your item to your wishes. This service is subject to our approval prior to checkout and may be declined without reason.

Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.

Liability and Disclaimer
To fullest extent permitted at law and except in respect of death and personal injury caused by negligence on our part or on the part of our employees we shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty condition or other term or any duty at common law or under express terms of the contract for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by negligence on our part or the part of our employees or agents or otherwise) which arise from or in connection with the use of the website, the supply of goods or their use or resale by you, and our entire liability under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the price of the goods, except expressly provided in these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the event that any clause in this contract is deemed to be unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing by an authorised person at Retropassion

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
